The short version: this website only collects what you type into our contact form, plus anonymous, cookie-free visit counts. We use it to reply to you. We don't sell it.
This policy covers the marketing website at ninjatakeoff.com. The Ninja Takeoff application at app.ninjatakeoff.com is covered by the agreement and privacy terms you accept when your company signs up.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form: your name, company, email, phone number (optional), the plan you're interested in, your message, and your browser's user-agent string (to help us spot spam).
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
How we use it
- To answer your question, set up a demo, or prepare a quote.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
- To keep the site secure and filter out spam.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. It's stored and processed by the service providers that run this site — Cloudflare (hosting and analytics) and Supabase (database) — only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests while we're talking with you and for a reasonable time afterward for our records. Ask us and we'll delete yours.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
