We work to keep descriptions of Ninja Takeoff accurate, but features, plans and prices can change. Anything described as "coming soon" is planned, not promised. Nothing on this site is an offer until we agree on a subscription with you in writing.
3. Our content
The Ninja Takeoff name, logo, and the text and design of this site belong to us. Other product names, such as SumoQuote, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or switching; we're not affiliated with them.
4. No warranty
This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.
